Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing ERP-LITE System from Wink Engineering. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products and Software Licenses

Since ERP-LITE System is a downloadable desktop software providing a 1 PC / 1 Lifetime License (bound to the specific hardware UUID of your computer), all sales are final. Once the license key has been generated, activated, or delivered, we do not issue refunds.

2. Hardware Changes and License Binding

Each license is bound to a single computer's hardware fingerprint (UUID). If you replace your computer or change major hardware components, a new license may be required. Please contact our support team if you encounter hardware upgrade issues.

3. Exceptions and Technical Support

We may consider refunds or credit exchanges only under special circumstances, such as:

Duplicate purchases made in error.
Proven technical activation failures on our software side that our support team is unable to resolve within 14 business days.
