Upon purchasing a Lifetime License for ERP-LITE System, Wink Engineering grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software strictly for your business operations in accordance with the purchased tier.
All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways (such as PayHere). By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected license.
All intellectual property rights, design, source code, and documentation associated with ERP-LITE System are and shall remain the exclusive property of Wink Engineering.
Wink Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the software.
